We invite you to come and take a look at what's new. We've designed the website with the intent to empower our customers to have more control - control over information, control over communications, control over results. We asked our customers, we heard their comments, and we're now delivering results.
1. An updated "look and feel" that is consistent with our message to you: We are a progressive company, rooted in our true center of goals and values, that is committed to delivering results and solutions along a full continuum of staffing challenges, through means which are responsive, adaptive and focused.
2. Convenience and "friendliness" of the navigation and structure of the site to allow our customers easy access to all areas of the site.
3. Improved on-line application process for all new associates seeking work. Our new program allows individuals to not only complete the application on-line, but also to make future changes, add more information, check in for availability and more - at the touch of a button!
4. A new Spanish on-line application, which takes our commitment to our Spanish-only speaking population to a higher level. They now can access the same tools to apply for positions, make edits and updates, and check in on a regular basis. We are a leader for our industry with this new on-line tool and look forward to the benefits it will bring to everyone.
5. New career resource circle, which provides a wealth of information to our current associates, as well as a tool to provide outreach to "Job Search Information-Seekers" on-line. Our newly created associate electronic newsletters will provide valuable employment information on a regular basis.
6. Improved client resource circle, based on feedback received from a recent client input survey, will encompass more information sources and topics. Content will represent a variety of important topics, contributed by a multitude of experts in the wide arena of Human Resources. In addition, our weekly newsletters will evolve into a more user friendly client electronic newsletter. The articles will then be archived for convenience. Easy, informative, comprehensive.
