Monster Worldwide Inc. has launched two new co-branded jobs sites: one aimed at the nation's 49 million disabled people and another dedicated to one of the nation's largest African-American fraternities, Crain's New York Business reports. Under separate agreements with Manhattan-based Hire Disability Solutions and Philadelphia-based Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Monster will operate their career sites and share its resume posting, job search tools and career information. Hire Disability Solutions is one of the nation's leading consulting firms focused on disability-related employment. The firm offers disability training and education to major corporations and career consulting to individuals. Under the agreement with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Monster will offer job listings and career advice to the fraternity's 170,000 members, which include students and alumni, through the fraternity's Web site. Kappa Alpha Psi has 370 college chapters and 360 alumni chapters around the world.
