Author Peter Weddle discusses a growing segment of our workforce: those that return to work after stepping out of the workforce to raise families, care for aging parents or attend to other personal obligations. Weddle argues that these individuals are not ”returners”, but "re-beginners" because in many cases, they are forced to start over. But Weddle also says the "re-beginners" can take steps to make the transition back to work a little bit smoother.
