In a recent survey published on www.onlinerecruitersdirectory.com, recruiters were asked which qualities or characteristics they will look for most in job candidates during 2007. Overwhelming, they answered "SKILLS." Which skills? Multiple skills, presentation skills, soft skills were the top rated, but tenure, stability and a progressive career path also rated high. What else made the short list? Motivation, a willingness to learn and verifiable references were among the top answers.
