Hours and schedules have been thrown to the wayside, while an expectation of RESULTS has become the priority. Best Buy has decided that the company doesn't care where or when their employee's work, as long as they get the results. They call the program "ROWE" - Results Oriented Work Environment and it's getting a lot of attention.
