A few weeks ago, we talked about MMAC's opposition to the City of Milwaukee's mandated sick pay law. As you know, the MMAC filed a suite against the city, claiming that such a law was unfair to area employers. On February 9th, a judge granted an injunction stopped the law from going into effect. Now the waiting game begins as both the city & opponents to this law begin stating their cases.
