How quickly can you find me employees?

How do you recruit your associates?
We are proud of our innovative recruiting methods. We utilize a number of different marketing mediums to attract candidates, including, but not limited to print, internet sites, job fairs, flyers, yellow page advertising, community programs, and referral programs. We have a dedicated staff that works with our recruiters to enhance our current programs and develop new programs. Tell me about the application and interview process.
All applicants will complete similar processes. An application is completed either on line or in our office. Applicants will meet with a Career Consultant to discuss their career goals and employment requirements, and will then complete assessments to help us evaluate their current skills. Reference checks are then completed. Upon successful completion of these references, appropriate candidates will be presented for your consideration. Of course, we already have a database full of candidates. The perfect match may already be waiting for you!
