Nissen Staffing Continuum will address the needs of clients and associates with a team of qualified advisors. A team approach allows each advisor to excel in their given area of expertise for the team. A plan of action is implemented and evaluated on a regular basis. Staff advisors are empowered by management to focus on and successfully meet the needs of client companies and associates.

Our team approach ensures that we have the effort and commitment necessary to enable our clients and associates to reach their objectives. Our goal of continuous improvement is a systems approach through team effort. A daily meeting is held between management and the advisors to discuss:

1. Active associates and their current performance.
   
2. Active associate retention plans.
   
3. Associate reactivation plans.
   
4. Exceeding client expectations.
   

A monthly strategy meeting is held with management to discuss:

1. Confirmation that policy, goals and objectives still suit the needs and objectives of the company.
   
2. Areas identified by the above organizational scan as needing change and the appropriate actions to be taken.
   
3. Customer satisfaction.
   
4. Adequacy of resources.
