As President and Owner of Nissen Staffing Continuum, I bring to our clients over 30 years of valuable business experience in manufacturing, administrative, financial, quality and human resource management. My business experience includes various business environments in numerous industries at the top management level. As owner of several businesses, I have become intimately familiar with quality personnel services including effective recruitment and responsive personalized service. My experience in hiring intellectual property, short and long term staffing, benefit programs, contingent work force planning and strategic re-deployment will become a valuable asset for you to minimize your personnel costs.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Josh prides himself on technical competence but is passionate about helping people and partner companies achieve greater purpose and organizational outcomes. Josh brings a distinctive balance of business acumen, entrepreneurial agility, and forward-thinking organizational alignment with workforce management perspectives. Another long term employee, Tracy has over 12 years of experience with Nissen Staffing Continuum and is currently the Leader of our Customer Care Team. Her previous experience as a Career Consultant and First Impression Team member makes her appreciate and value the needs of different parts of our company as it relates to our payroll and billing services. Tracy understand the importance of accurate and timely payroll and billing, as well as the implementation and monitoring of our time clocks. Her additional expertise in the areas of garnishments, child support, and unemployment claims allows her to handle questions and issues as they come up with a level of care that is appreciated by anyone she talks to. While processing payroll is an important part of her job, actually delivering this pay to our associates is equally important! Tracy is responsible for our Global Cash Card set up and implementation and her team routinely processes payroll for more than a thousand associates each and every week.
KEVIN SCHERKENBACH, Senior Staffing Analyst / IT Liaison
Kevin is a great example of where hard work and drive meet natural skills and abilities. Kevin started on our staff five years ago as a First Impression Representative at one of our onsite clients, and later moved into a role in our Customer Care Team where he assisted with our payroll and billing. Naturally inquisitive about numbers and trends, he quickly moved into a role where he utilizes real time data to predict customer needs and market/company trends. Kevin’s analyses provide our organization with direction as we continually look to improve both our internal and external processes. His attention to detail has also made him an integral part of our IT team and he helps us proof our company marketing material.
